Welcome to the website of Chevs Garage LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an ATV, UTV, and off-road vehicle repair shop located in Haslet, Texas. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Chevs Garage LLC provides repair, maintenance, and servicing for ATVs, UTVs, and other off-road vehicles. The specific services available may vary and are subject to technician availability, parts availability, and our professional assessment of the work required.

Appointments and Booking

Submitting an online booking request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. All booking requests are subject to confirmation by Chevs Garage. We will contact you to confirm your appointment date, time, and the scope of work. Chevs Garage reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Estimates

Any estimate provided for repair or maintenance work is an approximation based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs may vary based on additional issues discovered during the course of the repair, parts pricing, or the complexity of the work involved. If we discover issues that would significantly change the estimated cost, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with the additional work.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of service and before vehicle pickup, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment methods as posted at our shop or communicated at the time of service. Chevs Garage reserves the right to retain possession of a vehicle until payment has been received in full.

Warranty

Chevs Garage stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on repairs for a reasonable period following completion of service. This warranty covers defects in the work we performed and does not extend to:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage present before service
  • Damage resulting from customer misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Parts not supplied by Chevs Garage, unless otherwise agreed
  • Damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, or events beyond our control

If you believe a repair is covered under our workmanship warranty, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Chevs Garage is not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present in your vehicle prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for personal belongings, accessories, aftermarket additions, or other items left in or on vehicles while they are in our possession. Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before dropping it off for service.

Vehicle Pickup

Once we notify you that your vehicle is ready for pickup, we ask that you arrange to collect it within a reasonable time. Vehicles left at our facility for an extended period after completion of service may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any storage fees are applied. Chevs Garage is not responsible for damage to vehicles left at our facility beyond a reasonable pickup period.

Website Use

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the site. Content, pricing, service descriptions, and other information on the website may change without notice.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the services provided by Chevs Garage shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
